Planned, in advance.....
Monday morning.
First day of the week.
LOTS to do, to get accomplished, right?
Then it happens: someone gets sick. Help is needed.
What to do? Stress out? Feel imposed on? Hide?
OR...
remember: We are GOD'S MASTERPIECE,
Created in Christ Jesus
To do GOOD works....
Which HE has PLANNED......
IN ADVANCE....
For us to do! (Ephesians 2:10)
The "unanticipated" becomes the embraced,
The "unannounced" becomes the preferred.
What did God "plan, in advance, for you to do, TODAY?"

You know, Eph. 2:10 is a favorite of mine, but I have never thought of it like that--- that the unexpected, the unannounced things in my life (taking care of sick kids, a favor asked of me by a family member, even cleaning up spilled milk) are planned in advanced by HIM. Ha! What a novel idea, that He plans the unexpected things in my days so that I may practice "being Christ" to others. I pray that I will wake tomorrow ready to embrace whatever God has planned for me. :)
