Qualities of a Mentee!!
Much is shared, is thought about, is mused over in regards to being an effective Mentor. And rightly so. Being an effective Mentor deserves thought and 'process.' However, have we given the same thought, the same attention to what it means to be an effective Mentee? The one 'coming'? The one 'learning'? What responsibilities, what energy, what qualities might be "required" of one who desires to be an effective Mentee?
Let's share one with the other....
